Step-by-Step Care
From your first call to ongoing therapy, we provide personalized care, expert guidance, and continuous support every step of the way.
consultation
We hold a free phone consultation about your needs. We then review your insurance and diagnosis and we verify the information.
Insurance
We submit a request to the Insurance company for authorization to do an assessment for ABA services.
In-Person Assessment
A BCBA will meet you in person to run various assessments and will put together an individually tailored treatment plan.
Therapy Begins
After approval from the insurance company for services, you will meet with your therapist and the BCBA, and the therapy will start.
Ongoing Supervision
We then continually monitor the therapy with BCBA supervision at regular weekly intervals. The plan is assessed and adjusted as necessary. Feedback and support is given to the line therapists. Parents receive continual training and other clinicians are consulted with.
