Occupational Therapy
What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational therapy works on developing functional skills, sensory, and fine motor skills.
Occupational Therapists use play and sensory activities to develop functional skills. The goal of OT is to work on all facets necessary for the child to live the most independent life possible. Among those skills are daily living skills like eating, reading and writing, as well as social emotional skills.
