While the State of Illinois began offering coverage for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy through Medicaid in 2022, options remain quite limited. Many providers who accept Medicaid have restricted availability, and families often face long waitlists before services can begin. Additionally, access may vary based on your location, and not all ABA centers are enrolled as Medicaid providers. It’s important to contact providers directly and explore other support resources while you’re on a waitlist.

We currently don’t accept Medicaid, but we offer great alternatives for families with limited financial resources.
You may qualify for a private ACA-approved BCBS PPO plan, and we offer grants to help with out-of-pocket costs.
ACA open enrollment in Illinois runs from November 1, to January 15, so it’s important to reach out early.
