Josh Ebert
MA, BCBA
Josh has a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Brooklyn College, and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Josh is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience with the developmentally disabled population, with 10 of those years focused on children and adolescents with autism.
Josh believes in doing what it takes to help each client, and he recognizes that each client is different and each client learns in his or her own way. As such he insures that each client receives the tools and support to overcome his or her challenges.
Josh was born and raised in Chicago and he has previously lived in LA, Israel, and NY. Josh moved back to Chicago in 2007 and he has since been living in the Northwest side of Chicago.
Rachel Meredith
MA, BCBA
Rachel is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the Clinical Director at Autism Therapy Solutions, where she oversees a team of over 20 therapists and leads the development and implementation of effective, results-driven treatment plans. Originally from Indiana, Rachel spent over a decade in New York gaining experience in education, school psychology, and mental health. With a background as a classroom teacher and mental health professional, she has worked extensively with children and adults with special needs for more than 10 years. Her early career gave her a comprehensive understanding of classroom dynamics, family perspectives, and administrative expectations. Motivated by a desire to better support students with behavioral challenges, Rachel transitioned into behavior analysis in 2017. She joined ATS as the clinical She remains deeply committed to helping individuals reach their potential and takes pride in creating meaningful, lasting outcomes for the clients and families she serves.
Angelina
Angelina began at Autism Therapy Solutions as a Behavior Technician (BT), where she provided direct support to children with autism and other developmental disorders. Her hands-on experience and passion for client care led to a deep understanding of clinical operations and team collaboration. Leveraging her knowledge and strong organizational skills, Angelina transitioned into an administrative role in 2023, where she now oversees scheduling, staff coordination, and compliance at the clinic. Her unique perspective as a former BT allows her to bridge the gap between clinical and administrative teams, enhancing overall service quality and efficiency. Angelina is bilingual in Spanish and has strong ties with all our therapists fluent in other languages including Arabic, Hebrew, Polish, Serbian to provide the best service to our clients and their families.
